About TräningsAkademin
Local training with a long-term purpose.
TräningsAkademin is a non-profit sports club in Alvesta, founded to make safe and rewarding training available to both children and adults.
Children’s activities are at the heart of the club. At the same time, our adult sessions give beginners the opportunity to discover martial arts in a calm and supportive setting. The club is led by George Bujor, founder, chairperson and instructor.
George has trained in martial arts since the age of five, including Shotokan karate, taekwondo, Ashihara karate, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and MMA. He has competed in Ashihara karate, won silver at the Romanian Championships and has also led children’s gymnastics.
The club aims to complement Alvesta’s existing community life with more safe and flexible ways to begin training.
Courses shaped together
We do not follow rigid, one-size-fits-all course templates. We adapt the structure and exercises to the participants’ needs, level and wishes. Feedback and new ideas from members and parents are always welcome.
Our goal is to help as many people as possible begin training – or train more often.
